I was using Toni & Guy Iron-It Heat Defence Spray. Smelt gorgeous - very salonie and yummy, did the job of protecting my hair. But it felt a bit too heavy (I have fine long hair), bit greasy right after I've used it and you would badly need to wash your hair again that day to stay fresh. Would only recommend this for the nice smell?
With Guardian Angel I only tried it cause it was half price (new to UK?) - luckily I did! It has a really faint smell to it (salonie but not particularly juicy just fresh) which disappears once you've done your blow dry or styling - but the stuff definitely kept my hair safe and added a nice smoothness/softness to it. And a bonus is its light feeling and shine it gives the hair. Its been a busy day and my hair still feels fresh (I have dryish/normal hair). So will recommend this.
For the Fixing Gel Spray, I mainly got it for the shine effect it would give. To be honest I'm not quite sure what to do with this product as it promises shine and hold? But when I used it this morning it was probably only shine, hold wise it wasn't fairing too well - I think I'll stick to my hairspray for hold.
Would only recommend if you want an extra shine to the locks then this product might just give the glow for you. But to give it credit it didn't feel hard or heavy to have in my hair, was soft and shiney. =D
EDIT 10 Nov 2010: It can also help volumise your hair if you follow the bottle style instruction to spray at root an blowdry upwards - though only lasts for the time you style, can't sleep on it! Loving it more though..... ^_^
