Trying out dog treats!

Noodles is definitely not a fussy eater but not everything that her mouth likes is happy with her tummy.

I try to give her a range of treats, these are some of treats that are yummy to her and her tummy:

Left to right: Salmon biscuit, Pedigree Milky biscuit, Liver biscuit
(Salmon and Liver biscuits from Pets at home pick and mix 26p for 100g, Pedigree biscuit cheapest at Sainsbury for £1.00 for 350g)

Stockbull venison cubes from Perrorojos
(Noodles loves it but other half can't stand the smell so not for those who don't like strong smelling treats.)

Good Boy Yogurt drops good training treat. was £2.99 at local pet shop.

Nice soft Chicken and Duck sandwich treat from Perrorojos

Jerky chicken breast a favourite for Noodles

Good Boy Rawhide sticks £5 on Petplanet better thickness than the small chomp stix sold at Sainsbury (also good value but petplanet better value for size).

New Misfits Motley mix, Noodles also likes Scruffy bits.

LOOK Toffee Cup Shade 4 Lipstick

I've always wanted to try LOOK lipstck, I was debating whether to get the Tangerine shade as well but I'd never used their lipstick specifically so thought I'd try the Toffee Cup first. RRP £7 was on discount for £4.

Casing is a bit on that large side. It has a magnetic lid, feels a bit 'loose' but is sturdy. The texture is very creamy and has a lovely vanilla taste to it. Easy to apply. Not long lasting (will need to reapply during the day) but very good color with only 1 layer. Nice nude color that's not too skin or pinky. Love it. May go back and try some other colors whilst the offer and stock is still on.

Superdrug currently doing up to 1/2 price off LOOK and Accessorize makeup! With the stuff I've tried (eyeliner, eyeshadow and now lipstick) they are nice quality makeup and with the discount is very affordable.

Introducing new addition to the family

Been so busy in the last 6 months had no time to share our lovely new addition to the family.

Picking up N to come home.

The dopey N was a lovely choice curtsey to Stacey Watkins (Albionspitz) the breeder of gorgeous and gentle Eurasiers.

I thought I would share the ins and outs I've experienced since I picked up N. I meet Stacey at the Discover Dogs show in Earls Court London. Its a wonderful place to see all the breeds of dogs and discuss with breeders to find out more about the temperament and requirements of the different breeds. Before the show I had never seen a Eurasier before but I'm so glad I went with this breed in the end. Stacey and others work very hard to keep introducing new but good lines into the breed in UK to keep the inbreeding coefficient low and retain the good qualities including temperament of the breed.

N like all puppies was very hard work.... including the late night toilet runs, I lost 1/2 stone in the first week but it was worth it, she is the best behaved and most adorable puppy ever. True to their nature Eurasian do not bark unless it is very important, they are highly intelligent (learnt commands very quickly) and very careful, Noodles even when left to her own rule of the room only picked up a dry leaf to play with and is very careful with our belongings, not broken or chewed anything we don't want her to so far. ^_^

A little snap shot into the life of N in the past few months =D

3 month old
playing under the sofa

4 months old

playing with her favourite toys

playing with M  (5months old)
Anyone who is interested in the breed, they are medium size, girls smaller than boys. They do shred but its not bad just little here and there. The breed is bred for temperament foremost and in one litter like N they can all have different colors which alters as they grow up.
We're currently feeding N food made by http://www.elements-premium.co.uk/, its not a big brand but having feed N on the Large Breed Salmon and Potatoe since we had her I'm please to say she has had lovely coat and very firm stool. When it ran out we attempted to give her Arden Grange Large Puppy Chicken and rice but that actually gave her the runs (even with slow transition period of mixing the two), Arden Grange is highly recommended by others but unfortunately not suitable for N. We then found that Wainwright's Puppy Salmon and Potatoe was also ok for N whilst we waited for the new delivery of her Elements Premium (my fault I forgot to order new stock, as soon as I ordered the order was very swiftly sent out). So for others out there trying out new brands for their canine friends here's a few we have tried and the result of.
